Here's to you Sublime  My mind works in exactly the same way then I think how happy I will be come 1st Dec and in they go into the pot ;)

Thanks Footie! My kids cleaned me out at the seaside. I can't believe how much money I've spent/blown!

I didn't want to let go of my change, but made myself. :rotfl: £3 today, and my new pots already on its way! :T

Yay - miscalculated my budget spreadsheet by £8, so have paid another £5 back towards our cash savings. All our cash savings are essentially a sealed pot, as I'm only spending them for a house deposit, trip around the world or major life emergency ;)

Your welcome. I know, sometimes I am so good and try to hang on the pennies, dont mind letting go if its all going in the pot.

Might have to be careful though as we might end up in the pot with them:rotfl::rotfl:;)

It can be hard when you have little ones, I have none myself and its still hard. Hey ho on we must go. I am sure we will both have done better than expected come the end of the year.:D x

Well done edinburgher, its always nice to know that you can save a little more by mis-calulating and it going to the right place.:D

    :wave:Evening everyone

Back to work tomorrow, but its a short one training day.

Anyway fed Rosie £1.35 and a lovley £2 coin for the holiday pot that I didn't realise I had in the loose change :D so removed it quickly and put it in its rightful place. ;)

Have a good day tomorrow folks.

    TTFN :p

Woohoo - 2p in 'street gold' on the way to work ;) I shall try to top this up to a less embarassing total after an unusual (for me) trip to the pub this evening.
  • Hello everyone, I hope you are all enjoying this wonderful weather.
I managed to pot £10 + some dross this week. I also found a £2.00 coin in OH's change so that went away as well. All in all a good week for me.
