I love roast lamb - I build a 'stand' out of halved onions, whack a big bunch of rosemary under it along with half a head of garlic, rub on some salt and pepper, roast it off at 200+ degrees for about 20 mins, chuck over a glass of white wine and then roast at 125 degrees for about 5 hours. Mmm.... lamb!
Sorry I haven't been around much people. I've been seriously focussed on shedding this debt so been paying less attention to my "pots" but still plugging away quietly at them! Reckon I've got over 100 quid in the sealed pot now. Have managed to get my debt from nearly £9k to under £3k since the start of Jan though! The serious pot saving will start in August when I'm rid of this noose around my neck!
DEBT FREE 3rd Sept 2011

First Direct Regular Saver #2: £2700 ** Santander 123: £13,106

Dreamdreamer - that's fantastic, you must have worked very hard at paying down those debts!
Another £6.62 into our pot, total for the day £7.84. Pretty high, but I banked a whole bunch of pound coins I probably should have kept for lunches next week. Still, week to payday and we move house next week0
