Well now I have caught up with the posts for today. evening everyone.

Fed Rosie £2.34 tonight. £1 in 20ps courtesy of last weeks footie sweepstake from last weekend, collected today after days off. The rest change from shopping.

Netball tomorrow, but no umpiring, so will see what extra pennies I can get.

Another lovely day it was today. Hopefully we will have some more tomorrow, as I am off until Monday, so a short working week for me.

Hello to the newbies happy potting ;)

Enjoy the weeked folks no matter what you do. :D

  • :hello:

Thanks for the update on our 'Great Leader Sue', Sparky. Hope it won't be too long before she is back with us - although you're doing a grand job in her absence.

Managed the grand sum of £3 in mixed coinage tonight - really pleased with that.

Enjoy your weekend everyone - don't forget the clocks will be springing forward on sat/sun morning.

    Night Night

    Afternoom everyone
Sorry I haven't checked in so far today, I've been busy with work doing overtime. Plenty of loose change into my pot last night and some more going in today when I get home. Working 10 hours tomorrow stating at 06:00 in the morning and the clocks go forward tonight, never mind the thought of the OT money will keep me going.

Enjoy the rest of the day everyone, stay safe and keep saving

    Hello there, savers!

I have been lurking on here for a while now, highly entertained by your posts, and finally decided today that it was about time I joined in! So if it's not too late, I'd like to join in with the Sealed Pot Challenge! I already have a sealed pot on the go, which I plan to put towards a family holiday, alongside the more serious saving for a deposit on a flat. I think it would be fun to save along with all of you, you seem lovely and great fun!

I understand that the queen of the thread, Sue, is poorly at the moment, but also that Sparky has stepped up in her absence! But I know I need a number from Sue to become an official member!

I also found 5p in roadkill today! (See, I've been learning!) I'll go put it straight in the pot! x :-)

Just a few multicoloured coins for me again today. Plucked from the oblivion, known as sock drawer, knife and fork draw, key box, :D etc.
