Hey Sue and everyone else, am still around and potting a few bits here and there, had a hectic few weeks with work so haven't had as much time online as I'd normally like, but rest assured I'm still popping my work change in to the tin and I really will need to bank it soon as the tin is almost full - have to give it a rattle to get anything with a bigger radius than a 10p in there.

Also need to pop £15 on to my sig as money already spent, the notes I've found I decided to use to buy stuff for the flat instead of putting it on the credit card.

    Morning all :j:j

I really wish the weather would improve, it is really starting to get to me now :o

Anyway, still potting away and my pot is really heavy! I have decided not to empty it and get notes as I want it to be a big surprise in December :D

DD (almost 16) has started her own pot and it potting away, she said the kids at school throw money pennies on the floor :eek: she picks them up and pots them :rotfl::rotfl:She has been really good
    and pots something everyday:D

I am still doing surveys but did not get to list a few odd and ends when it was free listing, I have decided to get a bit box and start collecting stuff so that when the free listing comes up again I will be ready :D

Have a good day everyone :T
  • morning, hope everyone is well. I can't believe after the snow showers on Monday we have sunshine today, we may even manage a trip to the Park :)

Have to take daughter into town to get some new School shoes, I wish kids shoes weren't so expensive but I'll keep my eyes peeled for some roadkill. I forgot that I found a penny on the floor yesterday along with 2p on my son's bedroom floor this morning.

    Take care potters x

Sunshine??? Where are you??? It's pouring down here:(
I'm back. Just had a little holiday, my first since 1999, so it was desperately needed. Now feeling refreshed and raring to go. I've got stuff on Ebay and more waiting in the wings, so will probably list them tomorrow. The roof is fixed now - Hurrah!! :j:j It's raining, but I don't care :p

Even on holiday, I kept the £2 coins back so they're now languishing in the bottom of my pot. :)

Have a good day, everyone. Oops x

We had sunshine yesterday aswell :D I'm in the North East and according to the weather forecast we were supposed to have rain most of today but I think we had it during the night although it's clouded over again now.

I hope you had a nice break :)

I am home from town and have added 2.75 to my pot which was the change from another ebay parcel which I just sent off. I have another two which I'm still waiting for the payment for. I have lots which I want to sort out to either sell or charity bag but I don't have the energy today, I think the sofa is calling with my little one, a dvd and a bowl of popcorn.

Well I was going to donate 23P to my pot as that was the small change left in my purse but Miss Lily got her hands on my purse, opened it and said 'mummy a penny for your shaker!' and proudly waved my last £1 coin in the air, so into the pot that has gone aswell. So today declaring £1.23 for my pot

Had to raid the pot today just in case I needed small change for the public car park so took £0.90 out.

Didn't need the small change for the carpark, though that is a different story entirely, so I have just returned it with an extra quid (the quid that I was meant to put in the car park machine but didn't so I got a £25 fine - aaaarggh)
Debt Free since Nov 11 (ish) (except the £118000 mortgage :o) as at Jan 2013 but still hanging around DFW as I need to Stay On Track.
