Morning everyone
nu1isit you're scaring the ladies on here with your "creation". Is it alive?
LC2 you just reminded me there's a transvestite convention on next weekend, where everyone can "Eat. Drink & be Mary!"
Sue thanks for sticking up for me X

Ahh, don't you be worrying blue-eyed-girl, you are NOT alone! My DH, DS & DD know exactly which is which where cars are concerned whereas I know precious little about them and care even less! I know the ones I don't like, though I couldn't name them, I go for looks alone - at the time - after that it's gone! Ask your OH to please be a little patient with you as you know you're not alone. Safety and not buying a load of rubbish is key to me and it sounds as though you're the same....but we're gifted in other ways!!!
Morning sue - glad to hear i'm not alone. Well the deal has been done and we are picking her up next week. :j We had made decision to go ahead with deal and OH phoned garage to let them know that we were going ahead providing we got a set of mats thrown in - do you think i've trained him well? Well its saves us a few quid at the end of the dayI'm getting quite excited now :j
:shhh: Sneaked a £5 note into pot yesterday - I wasn't supposed to have anything - but we will all benefit when the spoils are divided.
What can I say nu1ist - it looks fantastic - scary but fantastic. Can't wait for the next instalment.
Sorry Sparky for having a little smile at the idea of your gender being brought into question - what a travesty :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Hope you all have a good week-end.

Morning All
Well I had hoped to be logging on every day to record a few pennies going into my pot in my first week. But what with work and hospital appointments this is the first chance i've had!
There has definately been a couple of pounds go into the pot this week. It would have been a little bit more but I made the mistake one morning of forgetting my flask of tea for the train. So i thought i'd treat myself to one from the station. £1.49 for a small tea
Busy day today. Collecting a paper shredder that i'm getting off Freecycle, then looking at cars as our little 2 seater is gonna have to go, and then round to a friends to collect a moses basket that we're borrowing and a changing bag that she has said we can have :j

Hi everyone,
I've managed to add another 95p to the pot, in the last couple of days. Including 5p Roadkill found outside local co-*p.
Not going out this weekend, so don't think there will be any more till monday, unless I find anything in OH's pockets when doing the washing.

Lots of coins gone in this week probably a fiver in all, thought hard about putting my birthday money in last week and decided against will keep it to buy some new shoes for the summer.
Hubby had a tenner on the lottery last week and he put that in so felt really guilty then about keeping the birthday money.
Had a bit of a shock this week as all three of my remaining single children announced they had set the dates for their nuptuals and all are getting maried next year, god forbid how we will afford all the new outfits and everything else, we paid for the evening do's for all the others so will have to find that for these as well, think i will need more than my little pot for this lot. happy really for them just wish they thought about spreading it out a bit.0 -
