Another £7.80 into sealed pot #2 today.
  • Thanks & hugs to everyone for their kind & supportive messages, they are really appreciated. I am getting there slowly, its a case of mind over matter. I mustn't let this beat me. I drove OH's car today as I had an important errand to run for my parents, so am pleased with that.

Also, I went to Asda this evening & when I checked my receipt I discovered I was overcharged for an item. Customer services refunded the overcharge in cash, then presented me with a gift card for 2 times the price of the item. I asked if this was usual & the lady told me it was to cover my inconvenience. I was very pleased indeed with this. Check those receipts people!

I'm off now to rustle up something for dinner.

    Happy February everyone

thanks for the positive feedback about my ebaying, I've just finished packing my parcels and will get those to the post office tomorrow. The things I listed last night all have bids so I'm :) I've also decided to list up to about 6 things a week, that way it should be more managable and it will soon add up. I'm just waiting for my profit to clear which is about 25.14 and then I'll pop that in my pot.

I had a NSD today but I managed to add 11p to my pot, 10p was roadkill and the penny was on my son's bedroom floor. I will check hubby's wallet later for any coppers, he's realised if he leaves money lying around it gets potted :D

I am so tired and can't believe it's only Monday, it feels like it's going to be a long week ! I'm off to get the lunches prepared for tomorrow before an early night.

    xx
