still potting with my £2 a day ...including any other bits i find , not been well, so haven't posted.... still HAVE to feed the pot [it may get grumpy :eek: ]

Hi all, mind if I join in?

I got a sealed pot for my birthday, and I'm going to put in every £2 coin I get from change! Aiming for £150 by next xmas

I also have another "Pot" (It's actually an old 5-litre beer keg )which I use for coppers. No goal on the copper pot, I'm simply saving up enough to buy something I've always wanted - a mini treasure chest! There are some really nice ones for about £40 on eBay, and I'm going to use my coppers to get one finally!

Scootering season has already started, last weekend the local clubs had a scooter run for Alder Hey childrens hospital in Liverpool and raised over £1600, I couldn't go due to working.

Liberated 33p from DW's purse this morning . Also popped a £2 coin and a 50p into the Summer 2011 fund last night :j. Will be popping my usual £2 into the sealed pot when I get home

Me and DH are now talking I say because we should never sleep before making up, he says cos I can't keep quiet for longer than 10 mins :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Family came down and he told them all how I caused a MAJOR!!! accident all over 1p!!

Anyway just sent him Mr M's so hopefully some change.

Today is the day when I bank my full bags of change and squirrel the odd bits away. Don't worry SPARKY will update signature later
