  • Morning, hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

I am not leaving the house today so I didn't think I'd be adding to my pot until I discovered a quid my hubby had left in his jeans pockets which were waiting to be washed so it's now joined the rest of my collection :D

Just off to do some reviews on dooyoo :)

  • Hi all. I am still very busy with my new car servicing extra income. 2011 is turning out to be a good one...so far!! :-)..I have been putting spurious amounts in my secret sealed pot ( family still don't know about it and at this rate the Xmas Ski holiday for us all is on the cards ;-) )..put about £7 in today and a few other nuggets in the week. I really have no idea what is in it now, my brain has completely lost track..last week, following my big job on a car I put £40 in!!! :-)...can't wait till December!

Hope you are all doing well.

BTW. Still not quit the tabs..but plan in progress.

  • Oh Sue, you know me so well. A bit of both I think.:p:p:p
Have just signed up to a couple of challenges to keep me motivated: No more buying books until I've read the current ones, and no buying munches for work in February.:A
No pennies for me today, but that's because I haven't spent any money this weekend. :D:D:D
Off to do some ironing now - another January thing. To get through it all by the end of the month.
    Save me from spending...

OOh LC yo must be like me. I borrow books from work then dont read them so I take them back and then I want to take them home again. thats bad isnt it. ON theironing subject I just dont let it build up. DD has a shirt a day so does DH and DS so if I left it to end of week I would spend most os sunday Ironing no no no not happening. but im very selctive about what I iron, if they are wearing a top ovver it I dont iron it. If it doesnt look creased same thing . sometime you get sucked into thinking youve got to Iron. be selective it very liberating. go on you know you want too.:rotfl:

My usual £2 into the sealed pot for me. Also £1.09 road/Morrisons/Trolley change. I love people who are too lazy to get their . £1 coins out of the trolley even if it does mean pushing it 2 feet (literally!)
