Thank you too luckycharlie and footiemad :D. I could be deeply scarred , psycholigically damaged - never able to look at paper mache in the same way again :D:eek::D. And all you can do is laugh ***takes a mock huff and crosses his arms*** :D:rotfl::rotfl::D
I notice sparky and Sue U-U haven't said anything yet, however, I'm preparing myself to be mocked :p:rotfl::rotfl::p.
0nly a lonely pair of 50ps today...but it's still £1 for the temporary pot :D....Hurray...maybe I'll have more luck tomorrow.

Hope you've all had a good day searching for the silver .

    Morning nu1isit?
As if Sue & I would mock anybody, the sheer temerity of it! I do have to say though, I did get a vision of Professor Bunson Burner & his trusty assisitant Beaker from the Muppets, when I read your post :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Finally stopped laughing - sorry Nu1isit - will you be posting any pics of your objet d'art or just leave things to our imagination :)

    :A
OOOooo, the object d'art I think I like that blue_eyed_girl, but I can't help but think you're being a little sarcastic :D. Yes, to answer your question, there will be a big unveiling ***coughs, ahem***you can all bring your own nibbles, as I am on a budget now :rotfl::p:rotfl:.

Sue U-U , you've assumed it's the shoe... all shall be revealed...

Footiemad and the other 'supportive' ones , you mock me now, but wait till you see my picasso-esque creation ***:D:laugh: ***

Sparky, it's funny you should mention them, the loving wife has called me a muppet before (stunning coincidence, I know).:rotfl:.

You'll all be pleased to know there's been no more explosions at the paper mache plant :D:whistle:...The first few layers of the masterpiece are drying now, and all looks good ...

I'm of out today bargain hunting today, I'm in charge of the car and children today; I can't possibly get them to blow up , can I?

Hope you all have a good coin hunting day, bye :hello:.

    Morning Fishcakes
We have a Jack Russel, that curls up in a ball, just as you're leaving for work, then when you get home, she runs to the front door to greet you, then goes and jumps on the back of the chair to look out of the window and then goes back to sleep

  • Morning all, just a quick pop in to let you know I am still nicking coppers from my dd's bedroom floor to put into my pot, except now she gets annoyed as she wants them for her own!!

She used to turn her nose up at coppers (teenagers eh) but when I put loads into the coin counter thing at Asda and she got a crisp £20.00 note she thought again :D
