    Hiya all...

My daily quid potted and 48p..... :j

Wont be anything else to pot this weekend though as we decorating the nursery, so wont be spending money....

On the plus side, i've found loads of old gold.... Bag weighs a bit too, but my kitchen scales aren't digital (only use em a couple of times a year, so can't justify an upgrade:A) but it looks as though its on the 100g mark - i'm really trying not to get too excited....... :p

Off to have a look on Hattons website, since the reviews look good...

    Hi all,

I am not doing a sealed pot - but I do have a 4 litre whiskey bottle which I am plugging away with.

What I was wondering was if anyone knows of any website where I can estimate what is in there?

I can only see one that is set up with american coins.

    Thanks!

You sound like you've been watching me and the wife :laugh:. Are there enough followers on here now Az, for us to turn it into a national sport ? Bring on the Olympics, I can see it now :rotfl::dance::rotfl:.

What a brilliant idea..Olympic 2012 Penny Finders..I'm up for it :rotfl:

Soon no-one will be making eye-to-eye contact..the streets will be filled with 'Riots for the lost change on the streets' I'm up for that as well ;)

Found 24p in DS's room, thought of leaving it alone but it looked so sad, I let it mingle with my other coins in the pot. ;)

    AZ xx

Just had the lady who bought my daughters car seat turn up to pick it up for a nice £31.50 sale price. Kept the £30 to go toward this months credit card payment and Miss Lily has potted the £1.50 along with 20p out of my purse and a princely 20p roadkill found by the jet wash at the local garage :D so a grand total of £1.90 for me today :j

'Penny finders' - see we've even got a snappy title now ...As for, looking at the floor and not making eye contact, plus the riots in the streets, it'll be like a game of, 'Spot the MSE'r' :D.
I think it's healthy for the DS's change to mingle with the rest, it may multiply :D:D:idea:. And as my dear old mammy used to say, 'share and share alike' :rotfl:.
