Hello,

Can I join the SPC too please? I sealed a big jar and put in a few coins I found today from the floor of my car, lying around the flat and change from the supermarket - I didn't count it, but it's about £1 in total. I've been looking for change and shaking my jar all afternoon!

Can I rejoin for this year? My mum bought me a cute little shoe shaped money box, that I'm going to try and save just 5ps in because really no-one missed those, then my sealed pot for everything else... hopefully I can top last year but we'll see..

After saying I had nothing for the pot earlier.. I swapped my OH £20 out of my purse for a £5 out of his wallet for my pot. Doesn't seem a very fair swap but it was his £20 to start off with lol! Also got a bit more in silvers so about £7 in total today, not bad.

OH went back to town to exchange something he bought yesterday so once again I got all of his change, lucky me. Another £4.80 going into pot #2.

Have also added another £10 to pot #1, looking good!!

Had been hoping to get into town this morning but unfortunately it wasn't to be. Being a very caring/sharing family - my OH and DS have very kindly passed the dreaded lurgy onto me :eek: (they've both had it over the hols). I'm feeling quite yucky at the moment and feeling very sorry for myself Definitely need some tlc

I have however remembered to drop a £1 in the pot

And as they say tomorrow is another day!!!
