    Thurrock Lakeside has loads.
You can pay at any till, upstairs or down.
Never seen the place so empty, all the outside carparks are closed, and the indoor ones only a third full. Bet there will be a few whoopsies in the food dept this evening :rotfl:
Trains still running there though. Open 'til 10 or 11 tonight.

Thanks to the snow there were still some left in Chelmsford at 3- and with a glass of champagne to celebrate the store re opening, and lots of reduced goodies in the chiller, I was glad I took a chance going late. Thanks op
  • Picked up a nice grey crew neck in small at M&S Reading. Considering I only saw the M&S ad last night @ 11pm, surprised how many people there @ 10.15am.

They setup a queue with several staff managing the queue and the items - strictly 1 per person and only 1 till. Tbf, I think that's quite good.

Not many smalls left when I left. Mainly large/XLs.

Have a couple of these in v-neck, but these can be machine washed and dried, result!

    DEAL!!

Got a lovely one for my dad-pale blue V neck from Westfield Derby M&S -they had quite a few left in lots of colours and there was a chance to have a proper look at the colours - lots of staff on to help and advise. Was in a queue for only 5 minutes. Well done M&S Derby:T

husband and i both went in to the rochdale branch and got 2 jumpers
    no queue's or staff
just a pile of jumpers on a table
jumpers are great for the money well worth a tenner
  • Got a lovely jumper in dark green for dad's Christmas pressie. Was very lucky, only saw this thread at middayish today...called my local M&S and spoke to a lovely lady who only had 2 mediums left, she agreed to put both aside for me for a few hours. Once in to collect the lady said that they weren't allowed to do that and that I was very, very lucky indeed...ALL the rest had sold out, not a single jumper left!! My mum bought one and I bought the other. Definately worth a tenner, my dad will be delighted with his pressie!
    Nice to save.

DH went down & bought himself one mid morning (he has flexi-time). The ladies who waited till midday (didn't want to 'waste' their flexi)came back empty handed.
Anybody who is in work all day without being able to leave the premises knew there would be none left by home time, shame because this would have been great for my dad :(
