What colours does the Jumper come in? I wonder if they will allow more than 1 per Customer?....

Whats to stop you buying one and then getting another and going to a different till?

I was reading the reviews and had to lol
    This one caught my eye
"I bought this jumper for my son a few weeks ago, he has worn it a few times and it has gone very "bobbily". It has not yet been washed - I am really disappointed about this. The reason I bought it from Marks and Spencer is because I thought it wouldn't go bobbily!"

    ewwww wash it sooner maybe.

Anyone else know about the quality of these. People are always quick to complain but less so to spend the time writing how happy they were with items.
I work at M&S in menswear and we have people return 'unwashed' garments but we always recommend to take it home and wash it, it's a bit like a new carpet when you get the pile. You may intially get bobbling but with regular washing there shouldn't be a problem, these are always in our top sellers on menswear at this time of year and will in my case sort out Father in Law for Christmas!!

Are we still allowed to return the item if the tag has been removed and the sweater has been washed?

And we've had it for a year, worn it every day and it's starting to go bobbly?!

If you think you have a genuine fault take it in.

I bought a coat 2 years ago and after wearing it for 2 months the material on the arms had frayed and plucked. M&S gave me a refund an apology without any hassle.
