T-mobile £30 M&S vouchers not received yet

Just after posting this, I received the following e-mail:
"Thank you for buying your pay as you go phone from T-Mobile. We are pleased to confirm that your claim for the £30 M&S voucher has been approved.
We're really sorry you haven't received your voucher yet. We've had some slight delays in getting the vouchers out to customers, but please rest assured you'll get your voucher very soon.
Apologies once again, and thank you for your patience."
So far, so good...............!
True to their word, Royal Mail tried to deliver a Recorded Delivery letter today (I was out...!). Will pick it up tomorrow and report back.
