  • I am still waiting 6 weeks after submitting my code!

    9/11/10 Submitted code

    1st phone call " they have been delayed"

    2nd phone call " sorry your code didn't work we will send you another one we have sent out 1000's to customers and this is the first one not to work.

    2nd code invalid because I had already used my phone number to submit the first one.

    3rd phone call "your first code worked ok we sent a batch out on the 11/11/10 and they have all gone missing, we are looking into this to find out where they have got to give us another 10 days"

    still nothing 17 days after my 3rd call

    Bearing in mind this is a 0845 number and the menu is about 5 mins long then when you have got through the menu it rings for ages before anyone answers so god knows how much the phone calls cost. So I decided I would not waste anymore money ringing them, so I e-mailed them instead twice and have had no reply to any.
  • Hi, I just submitted my code etc today and am awaiting my voucher- won't hold my breath by the looks of it! Can anyone who has already received theirs please confirm what the T&Cs are on spending the vouchers? Assuming they arrive that is!

  • After numerous emails, phonecalls to T-mobile and OFCOM the vouchers arrived recorded delivery today.

    I had to demand that they cancell my order and any other contracts that I have with T-mobile before they took any notice, they then had the cheek to tell me that they vouchers would take upto 28 days..... I DONT THINK SO......do not agree to it and quote the voucher that says emailed within 72 hours.

    The vouchers are actual M&S vouchers that you would purchase in store and have no restrictions other than they cannot be used on line.

    Good luck and don't give in as this appears to be what they are banking on.

    Thanks for the list of other emails to try. Been waiting since mid-November and am hopping mad that it (nor its promised replacement) has not arrived by Christmas.

    Will never buy from T-Mobile again but will not let this go - it's my new hobby!!

    I haven't been waiting as long as many on here, just since december 3rd but i've sent a few emails as I was told by the sa that they'd be with me within a week and the email i recieved after i'd registered on line said within a week.

    Just checked my emails and i've recieved this email today

    We have checked the system and your claim has been validated. We are currently awaiting another delivery of Marks and Spencer vouchers. This should be received within the next few days and your voucher will be sent out soon after. Please allow up to 28 days for seasonal delays. We apologise for the delay.


    ANOTHER 28 DAYS!! its not on really is it!:mad:

    I bought a phone and the bloke told me (on the chat system thingy) that the voucher would arrive with the phone. After reading this thread, I can assume that that's not quite true, or has anyone else received a voucher with their phone?

    i had a t mobile voucher inside the phone box that had a code on it, i had to go on line and put the code in, now i'm waiting for them to send a m+s voucher

    Thanks Mumto2loves, how long have you been waiting for? I'm thinking of returning the phone if I don't get a voucher. It's cheaper elsewhere! :( I should have looked at this thread before buying, oh well!
