T-mobile £30 M&S vouchers not received yet

Has everybody else received theirs?

I think the reason mine have been held up is that the phone came with 2 sim cards and the idiot in store added the credit to the one that wasn't listed with the phone I bought

I've emailed them about it and it is *supposedly* sorted now and I have an email saying they will be with me between 7 and 14 days, considerably longer than the 72 hours stated on the deal.

Has anyone else encountered problems?

Mine didn't arrive in the box, I phoned they apologised and said they will send it out, 2 days later a code arrived, which I have activated, now just waiting for the actual voucher to hit my mat!

I bought mine in store so got the voucher with the code to activate there and then (though I had to remind him to put one in.) That was 17 days ago now...

  • I bought my discounted phone from T Mobile via the cashback site - as suggested -around 3 weeks ago after hearing about the promotion. It came without a code to claim the M&S vouchers.

So far I have emailed and spoken twice to T Mobile Customer Services; called T Mobile Get-Together twice and emailed them three times and I have now received two emails from the project manager of the company contracted by T Mobile to distribute the 'leaflets'. These emails have also given promises of swift action and again, these promises have been broken.

It may only be £30 but now I'm determined to pursue them to the (bitter?) end.
  • I have been trying to find out what happened to my vouchers for a month now. I have finally had a reply to one of the many emails I have been sending for over a month now.

I called them and I don't think they even even checked anything as they just said they were delayed, then I finally got a reply saying that they had already been sent out and I hadn't received them to let them know so the can speak to the post office. What did they think I was doing with all those emails I was sending them?

I am not holding my breath for the next reply.

I had a voucher in my t-mobile box, and registered successfully over 2 weeks ago. Despite numerous email chases and telephone chases (which usually just says 'we're busy leave a message') no sign of vouchers in post or via email/web link to download. The only reason I bought the phone from T-mobile was because of the offer. The phone was available for £30 less in Tesco anyway. The reason I went for the deal as there were presents I wanted to buy for Xmas at M&S and thought this was ideal method. Yet again, 2 major companies give themselves a bad name over a cheap marketing hook. Very disappointed.

Confirmation email sent by T-Mobile on 15th November. No vouchers. Standard reply re. Royal Mail. I thought they were better than that - German efficiency, eh?
  • A total rip off and t-mobile don't care , they got there phones sold and ripped us off with an offer that is a nightmare to receive. I also bought a blackberry and it took a month and 5 phone calls to get the unique code sent out. Activated the code friday 10th december and no email to confirm it is validated or not. Contacted trading standards who are very interested to how this goes . Not looking good though. The phones could have been bought cheaper elsewere. How many people will have bought the phones with this offer and put it away for christmas the only winner is t-mobile in this occasion with this rip off.:mad: To add to my missery my £5 cashback declined also . o2 all the way for me never t-mobile again.
  • A little update to my last post i received this from T-mobile :

Your claim has been deemed invalid.

Please can you confirm the date you purchased your handset?

    Kind Regards

Update on mine.....I too had to chase up for the code, which I activated and had been waiting weeks for the actual voucher! I sent a few emails, then days later got a reply apologising that it hadn't arrived and that my email had gone into spam. They asked if I had by then received it, which I answered no. No reply......3 days later I sent another asking if they were going to post one as they actually hadn't answered...still no reply but my card turned up yesterday!! woo! not sure if this was the original that apparently had been sent out or a second that was done in response to my emails!
So they do arrive it seems, just keep on at them, £30 is too much to lose, I wouldn't have done the deal without it!
