T-mobile £30 M&S vouchers not received yet

    Anyone had a voucher recently? It will be 2 months waiting for me next week..........

    Mine eventually arrived by recorded del yesterday after more e mails and phonecalls,saying i would cancel my contract phone and not go with them for that either as their customer service was so bad.So please dont give up!It may cost you a bit in phonecalls but £30 is too much to lose!

    I recently purchased a BlackBerry Curve 5820. It said this would come with a voucher. I have claimed it and they sent me a confirmation email. My unique code for it was QFN499. My phone number is 07415670352.

    I still have not received my voucher and I would like to follow it up. I have tried calling numerous times on this number 08450 515 121

    Simply there was no answer.

    I bought a phone a week or so before Christmas and have just called CS chasing for the Vouchers. Incidentally, got straight through on the number posted on here.

    Spoke to "Steve" who checked my details and said he would send some out today, recorded delivery.........! We'll see...

    I'll let you know.

    Just after posting this, I received the following e-mail:

    "Thank you for buying your pay as you go phone from T-Mobile. We are pleased to confirm that your claim for the £30 M&S voucher has been approved.

    We're really sorry you haven't received your voucher yet. We've had some slight delays in getting the vouchers out to customers, but please rest assured you'll get your voucher very soon.

    Apologies once again, and thank you for your patience."

    So far, so good...............!

    received my voucher today!

    have only been waiting since december 7th or 13th - can't remember now but way more than 7 days ago!!
    had a chuckle that the letter that came with it just said something like 'a little gift for you as a thankyou for buying a t mobile phone' felt like emailing saying thanks for the little gift now are my free vouchers on the way yet!

    i'm still waiting, so sending the e-mail to all of them this time as i'm really getting cheesed off with waiting! At this rate it will be next Christmas before we get it!
