Ordered 2 on the 8th for xmas presents but still showing on the website as processing. After reading this thread I decided I better order 2 elsewhere as they were for xmas preents. Tried to cancel Sainsbury's but could find nowhere to do that.

Anyway lo an behold 2 packages have just arrived - - from Sainsburys!! Will need to check my credit card statement later.

Now I will endup with 4 arghhhhhhhhh - the other 2 I ordered in desperation were from Play at 17.95 each and theye were dispatched a few days ago :eek:

Offer the 2 spares on ebay (3 day length) on a buy it now to cover your costs ??

I ordered the 5th and got the email saying they were still trying to source more stock on the 13th so I had kind of given up hope and was waiting on them cancelling it - decided to hang off and have just got the dispatched email

So dont give up yet!

I had a despatch email on the 4th but as yet no delivery. Spoke to someone earlier who said I had to wait 14 days before they issue a refund. I don't want a refund, I want my DVD's!

Finally I've had a dispatch e-mail, ordered 3 dec.

I've had a email saying they were out of stock, then they sent an email a few hours later saying despatched, so I'm not sure what is happening.

i had the oos email so i emailed cs and within minutes i had yet another email saying that items had been posted OMG :eek:

Bargain! I paid £17 at amazon earlier this week.

After I emailed my complaint they sent the dispatch message. Although no response to my complaint.
Wonder if they're just dispatching to those who complain at the moment to stretch out the stock?!
