    i've just received an e-mail to say its been sent, no money has left my account. But this is the 3rd thing i'm waiting for and apparently there is a backlog at most post offices and there delivering them when they get chance - might phone and chase them all soon.

    Mine still says order processing and I ordered on the 2nd. If this carries on for much longer I may have to order from somewhere else to make sure I get it before christmas. According to my confirmation email I should have been receiving this tommorow but considering how it is not even dispatched I cant see that happening.

    At least they are being delivered then. I ordered on the 6th and was getting concerned that order was still processing!! I was beginning to consider whether to buy from somewhere else but will hold on now. Thanks everyone.

    Could anybody who has had their's delivered let me know how it was delivered? Did it come with the regular postman (because mines not very reliable!) or did it come with a man in a van?

    Hi can anyone tell me how long it took from placing order to receiving despatch email to actual delivery? I ordered on the 6th and it still says order processing!

    I ordered mine on the 1st it was dispatched on the 3rd but I still have not received it
