Harry Potter 1-6

They are annoying - I have ordered a number of items over recent weeks that appear in stock on the website, only to have the order cancelled saying that they no longer stock the item and will not be getting any more stock in. I thought the basic premise of an online business was that you sold the stock you had, and the system keeps track so that you don't over sell.

Well narked off with Sainsbury's here I had orderded Harry Potter and 2 copies of the 25th Anniversary Super Mario wii game. Now find out after more than a week that they don't actually have any stock. I expect better from Sainsbury's!!!

I didnt even get a response from them when i queried my order. Still processing. Ridiculous, why cant they just say that it is out of stock. I wont be rushing to order from them again!! It is £17.99 on Play.com and £17.93 on Amazon although I am still waiting for a delivery from Amazon that was despatched on 5th. Apparently it is in a distribution centre in Scotland!!:(

I had an e-mail to say it was in the post on the 4th Dec, should I be worried? They say to wait upto 14 days........which postal service to they use?

They are still showing it as in stock, delivery 3 days!

I had the same welshdeedee & I was getting worried as well but mine arrived today.

I am also awaiting delivery, I was originally informed that it was being dispatched yesterday (14th December) so I decided to telephone their customer service, after numerous attempts I eventually spoke to a gentleman who informed me that they were expecting stock in on the 14th. I queried why they were still advertising this item on their website and that it was available for delivery in 3 days, this he was unable to answer. I am hoping to receive this for christmas!
