Looking for the cheapest mobile phone possible....
Hi
I'm having so many problems with my iphone 4 , its always been a problem but has gotten so much worse since the recent software upgrade. It switches itself off completely about 10 times a day and is driving me insane! I'm on a contract with vodaphone.
Its switched itself off somewhere in my house and I cannot find it and cannot ring it either so I need to have a cheap backup phone for emergencies.
All I need is something just to make calls, my husband says he is going to just go into Tesco and get something but is that the best way to do this??
Hope you can help - thanks

You can get one completely for free if you can be bothered!
OneStopPhoneShop have a Vodafone Nokia 1661 at 99p.
Similar deals constantly coming and going.
You do need to buy a £10 top up.
HOWEVER, purchase through Quidco for £7.50 cashback
(total spent £3.49 so far)
Now sign up to the onebip.com service and use up the £10 credit on the SIM card to "send" a payment to another number. After all the fee nonsense, this will be about £4-£5 in someone's bank account.
The phone has cost nothing, and you'll end up perhaps £1-£2 better off.0
