I haven't had any emails - the confirmation of your win comes up on the barclays ticket website after you've submitted your address details - i've then been copying that paragraph and saving it as a doc so that i have the reference number.

Yep, I got one a couple of days ago. My sister who won on the same day as me, hasn't received one yet. The email address is [EMAIL="customerservices@btotickets.com"]customerservices@btotickets.com[/EMAIL] and subject was Barclays Ticket Office - postal address required.

EDIT: It took a couple of weeks to get that email, so you don't necessarily get it very quickly.
