    My first win was on 1st Dec but have won a lot since then and not received one email - i have a record of all the ref numbers etc.

    I have just received 6 winning emails from wins 2 nights ago. I have read the t&c a few times and am still not sure whether it is one prize per person/household or if as stated by someone else if that is just for the tickets.
    Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

    It says you can win as many prizes as you want but only 1 set of footy tix per household per month

    I've just spoken to barclays as i've won a fair bit on this but have used different email addresses - he said that most people won't receive the email its just something they do to help them out (didn't understand that bit) - i've also been told I can keep entering as I haven't broken any rules :-)

    In the course of around 20 minutes I have just won a £10 voucher, magazine subscription x2, a football and ESpn goals season ticket(whatever that is):j.
    I changed e mails after each win, don't know if it made any difference but I had been playing for days with the same e mail and when I changed it a few days ago I had my first win. Might be worth a try for those having no luck.
