Spot on! I just won a football and a 12 month 442 subscription. The two I was hoping for.

I've registered both prizes at separate addresses so this should be fine right? I'm also excluded from winning anything more in December right?

I have entered just once on each of the last three days and I have just won a year's subscription to 442 Magazine.

You don't have to use different addresses you could have had them both sent to your home address and no you are not excluded from winning again this month, you can win as many times as you like as long as its not the football tickets.:)

Did you all get email/site confirmation after filling in the claim form? I won a 12 month subscription to FourFourTwo last night, but the site went to a blank page after submitting the form, so I'm not sure if it went through ok. Didn't receive an email either

I would contact them, but can only find a premium rate 0871 number, and no customer services email address to check?

Any suggestions?

After its told you that you've won you get the form to put in your address details etc, once you've filled that in and hit submit you then get a further message saying this

Keep an eye on your letterbox. You should receive your prize within 30 days of receipt of your address details, or your tickets no later than five days before the match. If you dont receive your prize or tickets by this time, please phone 0871 663 5029 with your win reference which is ???????????? (your ref no. will be here in bold)

Thanks - Looks like I'm out of luck then... I took a screenshot of the form filled out, but there's no reference on the page

Ah well, will just have to keep trying again!

I'd phone them - i think you have 7 days to submit your details so if you tell them your email address (which was entered on the first page where you spun the balls) and the approx time/date i'm sure they'd be able to trace it?
