    Hi Palema,

It was fantastic thanks and he was spoilt rotten! I know my parents loved it especially as my brother and his family as well as mine all spent the day at theirs so they got to have the kids and grandkids all together. I lost count the number of times I spotted my dad just gazing at everyone smiling!

    How was your Christmas?

I managed to save £206.74 in total in 2010 even after restarting half way through the year, so am going to give myself a target of £250 for 2011.

    Hi J
Glad to hear you had a good time.
Christmas was great here my niece's 1st Christmas as well. She had the same amount of presents as everyone else put together in presents under our tree and at home and her other grandparents as well!!
I know what you mean about gazing and smiling - My Grannie was the same :D
    Nice to have you back

  • Hi all!

Didn't know this challenge existed until Palema directed me this way from the Sealed Pot Challenge. I actually already do this so I'd love to join in the banter if I may! Currently I have £100.93 in my VSP, this is due to the fact that as well as the "loose change" from my current account I also put in any "extra" earnings from selling on ebay/amazon etc or from surveys.

Hope to have saving with you all this year!
