Hi everyone! Hope you're all good! Now have £40.42 in the pot! Got some overtime lined up for next week too so should be another £90 in the pot, a much needed injection hehe. In case you haven't realised, I'm adding the total from my VSP to my carfund total, every little bit helps! But I'm going to keep adding to it even after I've bought my car!

    Hi Ruby
Good luck with the car savings - I used my 1st years house savings to buy my car in March, my best purchase of 2010. The satisfaction of paying for it in cash was great!! :D

Please may I join in too?

I have a joint account, so will have to do things slightly differently. May I transfer the money in my purse < £10 every Friday into savings? Otherwise I'm "pinching" DH's money...

I really want to have some money put by in 2011 as I think it may well be a tough year for us.

    Good luck everyone!
  • £9.12 for me this week

    Total now £28.47
