No Buying Toiletries in December Challenge

just did a long post and blinking computer decided to update and lost the lot

hope santa has been good to you all i am sure he will have rewarded all our hard work this year in using up stuff.
I got an elemis boxed set with bath and body treats which looks lovely cant wait to start using it.
also got a large clinique aromatics set - thing is i hate the stuff its so over powering so took it back to boots to exchange, they were very good and let me have to the value of the original gift set, trouble was its a small boots with not much selection and as stuff has come down in price it took a bit of spending ... so have ended up with ralph lauren gift set, dkny apple blossom set and st tropez instant glow set

will do a list of my stash this week, liked the way someone had organised it into catogories like, body lotions, shower gels etc.
will definately be signing up for 2011 challenge, a quick glance at the stash says that the only thing i will need to buy in next few weeks is deodrant and toothpaste - absolutely nothing else at all!

Yes, but it does take a good while, Which is why you are better to use what you have and get more when you get down to the last 2 or so. Win/win!

and yeah body butters do go off, I saw one in a charity shop a while back in the very old old bodyshop packaging and opened it to have a sniff, it smelt like an old waxy candle

So here we go...There might be some other bits in use not listed but I think I’ve listed most of it...I've included recent in's that Im waiting to be delivered or collected.

I plan to use up the things that are currently open before opening a new something in the same category, and only buy something I’m running out of or low on...

The great thing about the challenge last year was that I've really learnt what I like and don't like, I learnt that I'm really not keen on No7 or burts bees, that the bodyshop shower gel is crap (IMO), I've developed faves such as S&G clean girls and S&G the daily smooth and FCUK body whip, also I like Body Shop vitamin e for my face and that I prefer Toni & guy to frizz ease for my hair..I just need to learn no to bulk buy! There are some S&G bits I'm trying for the first time and if I'm not keen I won't buy the again.
