They took my cash, told me they were packing the order and then sent me a tracking number...2 days later I got an email saying they couldnt fulfill the order so I told them I was annoyed and wanted a refund but had no reply from them at all...just sent another email through the website.......:mad:Every Penny's a prisoner :T0

well emailing through the contact page on the website got a response saying they have ordered me a full refund......I tried the phone number on the beginning of this thread just prior to getting an email response but the phone wasnt being answered and the offer to leave a voicemail was not working and just cut me off....
Hopefully the cash will appear in my bank acct soon as I need it to make an alternative arrangement!!:(Every Penny's a prisoner :T0 -
I received my UGGs last week after a few days of nailbiting wondering if the parcel would turn up. Luckily they fit fine and I'll be keeping them. Thank goodness because I didn't fancy trying to get a refund from Rubbersole after realising that there was no paperwork in the parcel and no contact info on the website.
I won't be using Rubbersole again until they sort out their customer service. It's just not on to pay that amount of money and then be left with no way to contact them.0 -
I finally got a response after using the contact page on the website like evie451 did and they said due to weather conditions there is a delay and to track my order with the tracking number they first gave me. I tried to track it again and no item found. I hit the reply button on their email and said in capital letters it doesn't work. Have had a reply that a full refund will be given. I wonder how long that is going to take?0

Just a cautionary note, If you ever need to return anything to them, you will be waiting a very long time for a refund.
I have been waiting since March. The only way I could get them to answer my enquiries was to send them a recorded delivery letter as advised by trading standards. They have now acknowledged receipt of the boots I returned in February & am still waiting for my £149 back. I dont know what to do now but I would never buy from them again. You can if you think you can!0
