After reading the post on this website I ordered a pair of Boots from Rubbersole.co.uk using the relevant discount code at checkout for 20% off

However theres no way of contacting this company apart from email which they dont respond to (At all)

I have tried to locate a number for this company but that is also a little shady as it doesnt even state what company you are contacting.

Does anyone have any contact details for this company so I can ring them as what confirmation they have sent me is very strange

Not impressed, especially as its posted on the main site for a bargain by the man himself

I've ordered from them in the past and they were fine so don't worry they are some fly-by-night company. They are probably just inundated with orders, especially if it was on MSE.

I ordered from them on Friday night and got mine this morning. There is no way to check your account on the web page so I was a bit nervous by yesterday but I got an email last night with the tracking number and they are absolutely fine.

I ordered from Rubbersole late on Sunday so I was hoping to receive my UGGs today but no joy. I received an email from packing@rubbersole early Monday morning with the tracking reference but when I click on it, the HDNL website says "there is no UPI information at the moment". Not sure what this means. Do you think it's all delayed due to lots of orders and the bad weather?

I was starting to worry when I realised like the earlier poster that actually there is no way to talk to anyone about your order.

i believe that just means the next stage of the order (from rubbersole to HDNL depot at Droitwich etc) hasnt been generated. i wouldnt worry. it should appear either tonight or tomorrow. sometimes it takes a little while to update the information of the courier company.:j

i ordered on sat and received my tracking number yesterday, but the tracking number didnt work! Thought I would get them today, but they havent arrived.
I phoned home network delivery wth the tracking number and they said they havent received them to their depot yet, so rubbersole havent even despatched them yet!!

Don't worry - I have the same message for both my orders - however if I click on the MY HDNL Link myhdnl-dot-co-dot-uk along with the long package number & delivery postcode all my details are brought up which makes me feel a lot happier.

I ordered Friday and recieved today . I should think some orders might be delayed by the weather so give it a lil more time!

Placed order on Sunday and got confirmation of order, and Monday morning got a email stating goods have been dispatched and provided a tracking number. That evening got a email from them saying they are out of stock. Not sure how in the morning goods had been dispatched but in the evening they don't have any for me.

Sent email in response showing my disappotinment and confusion over the equence of events, and requesting a different style is sent. Got a prompt response not offereing an explantion but did apologise and said the new order would be dispatched today. Have not had a new order number and no confirmation of being dispatched today, will have to wait and see if anything arrives tomorrow.
