Don't worry - I have the same message for both my orders - however if I click on the MY HDNL Link myhdnl-dot-co-dot-uk along with the long package number & delivery postcode all my details are brought up which makes me feel a lot happier.
Thanks for that. Even got out of bed to check if I there was anything tracked. I've put in the details like you said and my address came up - big relief. It does say delivery on or before 30th November which obviously hasn't happened. Fingers crossed for tomorrow - I mean today!0 -

thanks for replies tried leaving about 10 emails telephoned but you get cut of before you can leave a message does anyone know of a land line number apart from 0800 one
I had terrible problems with Rubbersole, they are fine until you want to return something. I sent the shoes back, fine... I got an returns number, fine.... but when you want to email (as the phone number just rings and rings) you will NOT get a personal reply... I didn't receive the funds back into my account until 4 weeks after they received the return (I used my work courier so knew they had been signed for!)
They were a great deal, but after the appauling service I had in returns (and the state of the Uggs when they arrived.)
Proceed with caution. Every bad experience probably had dozens of good ones, but I was unfortunate.0 -
I am having problems with Rubbersole right now. Placed an order last Sunday night. Received email with tracking number the next day but the number didn't work. Managed to get a response from them saying to keep trying and it was probably due to the weather and wasn't at the depot yet. Emailed them again and they asked if I wanted them resent. I said yes but have heard nothing since. The money was taken from the bank on the2/12/10. I keep sending emails asking for a response but nothing. They are on Twitter, so I have asked for their head office phone number and why customer services are not responding. Will let you know if I get a reply.0

Does anything come up for you if you use the tracking number on the MY HDNL site? I was getting nothing when I clicked the tracking link in the email for about 5 days. Hope you get a response soon!
I ordered two pairs at the same time, one arrived at the beginning of last week & the other arrived this morning - both fully boxed - think the snow definitely had a big impact on my deliveries.0 -
The tracking number is still not working. No response from customer services either. Its so fustrating because I want to know if they have resent them or giving me a refund. I ordered the ladies Ugg slippers.0

I had a parcel which didn't arrive. It was only when I contacted the credit card company for a refund that Rubbersole replied to my email. Would never use again.Mortgage Free as of 31/5/11 :j:j:j:j:j:j:j0
