You may or may not have read my post yet but I put about net use in there. I get a report from IS on how much my staff are on it. Not sure how big your place of work is but it could have happened to you.

There is a real clampdown on this sort of thing on the cards in general.

did read your post. i must admit, my boss is much stricter than others in our firm, so one step out of line and im in for it!! whereas others get away with murder! i am not generally secretive about my use of the net (as i tend to feel "as long as my work is done it should be ok ish" and could have easily been spotted!

Cool, hope you're ok back at work.

In my experience it tends to be one of those things that is tolerated until something else goes wrong then it gets brought up and used against people though so just watch out!
