All done Van. They started Monday 17th and finished (virtually) on Friday 21st. All that is remaining is a gap in the tiles I had left to put a sunken in mirror which I collected yesterday.

Day1- Removed tiles and old suite
Day2- Repaired walls fitted bath and got pipework done for shower and towel rail.
    Day3- Tiling
    Day4- Tiling
Day5- Fitted toilet, sink, screen, shower and then siliconed.

Decided not to do the ceiling in the end.

Job looks really tidy and while I wont pretend the suite is amazing it is nice and everything works!

Hope all goes well your end!
  • Ahhh I am jealous, enjoy!

My builders also started on Monday 17th, but I had a walk-in shower put in where the old cubicle was which required more work and a built-in cupboard knocked down and there was a lot of plastering involved too. Anyway, very pleased with what I have seen so far, one more day :j
