IVE FAILED ;( spent some money this year, absolutely had to buy milk and a postage stamp to post off my business insurance, never mind, apart for a bag of corn this is all ive brought since Xmas eve so not too bad, but not as good as I'd wanted.

Any more remarks like that, janeawej, and you'll be sent to the naughty corner with no tea:D

We don't fail on this challenge, we just don't quite get there, a totally different thing I'm sure you'll agree:D:D

Well done for what you've achieved since you started this. If you hadn't you could have spent loads in the sales.. be proud:T:T

Look forward to seeing you in January.

Happy New Year all NSD-ers, I will be thinking you as I raise my glass of fizzy grape juice at midnight.

Now who had the bright idea of letting Hubert near the turkey vol au vents? And what is Igor doing to that pig? I thought the hog roast was going to be ready hours ago......oh, well, pass me a cranberry Pringle somebody.......

    .......and today makes 19 :j :j :j

I am soooo pleased with this, it's actually been my highest total for a month so far, which with Christmas I am chuffed about. The longest straight run was 24th to 28th so 5 in a row.

Many thanks to everyone who participates in the NSD challenge threads, I might not say a lot but I'm on checking every day and it's been a brilliant motivator for me. (I'm guaranteed to be chuckling to myself at least once a day while I keep up to date with the silliness, erm I mean, thoughtful and insightful posts :o)

I'm off to the January thread to sign up now, see you all there

Oh and HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL may 2011 be all that we hope and more than we wish.

Still not totted up my NSDs (or spends) for the last couple of weeks (is rather distracted by emails at the moment), but I know I didn't make my target of 10 - and today was yet another spendy day (buying bits for a picnic I'm putting together for tomorrow)

Now.... didn't someone say something about a NYE party? I'm home from work, my first washload of uniform is in the machine, my first cuppa is almost finished, and I'm ready to rock 'n' roll (in between answering emails)

Evening all....just popping in for a vol-au-vent.....oh no...I see Hubert has had them already, I said we needed to watch him - it will be carnage later.... Mmmmm cheese and pineapple - my fav, thanks whoever made these - oh and I'll just grab a couple of sarnies while Igor carries on with the hog roast....I'm a little worried though, it seems to be missing the main ingredient...of a hog...did the piggy escape?

janeawej - well done on your Dec achievement :T and no more use of the 'f' word on here please...you're not Gordon Ramsey :rotfl:

Right - I'll be back later for a glass of fizz....
