Combat the Christmas Crush with the NSD challenge

Morning all,
Yet another freezing day in Lincolnshire which in a way is great as it makes me less want to go out and spend money!
Today should be a NSD for me as I don't actually need to go out anywhere today. We've got plenty on the fridge and cupboards so all is fine there. Will add a few more pictures to Isobelle's scrapbook/ album as I am returning home to the wonderful Warwickshire on Sunday to see my family and need to take that with me.
Hope everyone has a good day.

....no matter how you plan there always seems to be something else!
...make sure I buy only what is really needed.
Thanks folks for listening....And I've purposely left out the bit of your post that mentions the 'O' word, as anyone who knows me will confirm I'm the one who will still manage to mess up the proverbial in a brewery
As for only buying what is needed......I'm constantly getting it in the ear'ole when I get in from shopping & The Offspring help me put stuff away. I get my own back tho when they say "Ma-uh-ummm? Have we got 'x'?" or "There's no 'y' left!" & I go scurry around & hold said item aloft in a kind of jubilant award ceremony
Never apologise for having a bit of a blather on here m'dear..we all do it & I like to think it's what help makes this thread so successful. We do genuinely care for each other & in any case, it helps pass the time.
No shopping yesterday so I'm up to No 5 now but going out for supplies today. I've made a list of what the prices are in Messers T&S as I'll be-- hopefully!--going into $upadru8, S4vas & Wi1kos & can get a good deal on the bits like petroleum jelly & WUL.
I may have to go via the Scottish branches if our local stores are out of stock, as it is REALLY important I get that particular brand of tissues & absolutely nothing to do with the place being wall-to-wall with hunky uniformed totty

Good morning all x
Our daily giggle "If wishes were horses, then beggars would ride"

If wishes - I bloomin well LOVE that cartoon - thanks for the giggles, dont half keep us going!:T
Beanie & Big Mumma - no sign of uniformed totty yet, but we have had a wee man in a woolly hat driving a digger, moving all the snow. I tell you he's a more welcome sight than George Clooney I can tell you.... well maybe that's pushing it. God bless him - we can actually see our road again. :T Looks like there's a bit of a thaw on - fingers crossed, getting very fed up now!
Made it into town this morning, went to £land and got all my wrap and gift bags etc.
I also got a nice necklace in B**TS for my Mum and it was half price and I paid for it with points - result.
So - here's the dilemma - the wrap and gift bags were planned spends and I didnt buy anything else (with money), so is it a NSD or not ?
I await your thoughts!;)

Thanks Beanie! Hope your friend manages to pop in, you must be going mad! Turns out the man with the digger was hired and paid for by a couple who live up here - not the council after all! Hope they get a rebate on their Council Tax!
I'm waving from Porty!

Not going out today at all so I think I can claim today as an NSD. Only # 2 today
All the other days have mostly been very LSDs (£1 for kindling, 50p in the charity shop etc). Not anticipating another till Saturday or sunday.
