There's a discussion about this going on here. One poster thought it disappeared after 3 reminders, another did a system reset (be aware though that you would lose any favourites) which got rid of it.

My view;
Well happy.
As a tool, not a toy;
[No music, no games, no video, no camera].

I've got it loaded with speed cam. locs and other stuff and it's a good robust pal.
No fuss, and deadly accurate.
For the price, tiz. a steal [but to repeat, 'as a tool'].
