Same here. Grandad bought 2 kids cameras, both blue, but 1 needed to be pink. Despite being unopened, it was a no go for a straight swap.
Fortunately DS's GF works there, and she took it to her manager, luckily for us.I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.
Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.0 -
I had the same issue with a TomTom. I can't believe they are allowed to exempt items from being returned. I may be interested in buying your 3rd gen ipod Lambton, how much did you pay for it and what is the best price you will accept (best being for me lol).Stuff Martin Has Helped Me Save/Earn

Why not?
If you buy from a shop, they don't have to allow you to return any items due simply to a change of mind or the item not being suitable.
What Argos and other retailers who allow returns are offering is something that is something above your legal rights, and as such they are perfectly entitled to make these restrictions.0 -

The OP should be in a similar position since the seal on their iPod is also unbroken.0 -
