Insurance for the iphone4 on house insurance?

I have just got an iphone4, the same as my partner.
Will direct line contents insurance cover our iphones, I am also considering changing my contents insurance to include items removed from the home to be insured (to also cover both phones).
I have scanned though the policy and it doesnt mention phones and I just wanted to know before I rang them.
I just dont want to pay £12pm for 1 phone from orange.
Anybody know?

You need to read your policy and the personal /insurance side of it .
All insurance policies are different for different purchasers .
My Direct line covers my phone though the excess is rather a lot at £200 .
Can you retrieve the quote/policy from the web site that may have more detail .
