    Hi,

I've just contacted pigsback/megadeals/whoever they are now. I tried to look on positive side and looked through the deals, but have just found out that you can only spend the points in our accounts on the actual 'megadeals' (by the way pigs people they ain't mega!).

You cannot buy any of the 'best of the rest' they show on the site, for these you actually have to use physical money. The cheapest megadeal at the moment is £15.99, my £9.91 ain't going to get me very far is it!

    Here's the pigs reply:

    Thanks for your email.

You can purchase from the best of the rest via Mega Deals site, but only with physical money transaction. The credits can only be used on Mega Deals.

    Kind Regards,
    David

I only have £5 in credit (or points) but when I tried to spend it asks me for my cc details. So can I use it?

Only on the megadeals which are the ones at the top, if you clicking on one of the 'best of the rest' (at the bottom, where you can sort by location) then no, they want your money.

    It's rubbish!!!

If they can afford to knock what you accrued on pigsbank to then give that as extra discount on megadeals then surely they can afford to give any money back if you so wish. By not doing this just makes people angry and unlikely to use them again and rightly so

Another thing that just stinks is that if you refer a friend you get £5 in points, Pigsback never gave £5 worth of points for a referral. So they do have money to pay us back.

Also who was the CEO of Pigsback and CEO of Mega deals? I thought it was illegal to run be a director of a company if you have bankrupted one.

What a fantastic mega deal today, an £80 mp3 player for only £19.99 saving over £60!!!!!

(So what if you can buy the same type of thing elsewhere for less than £19.99 and the more info link from Pigsback take you to a site Avast blocks as malicious)

Just saw the same thing and was going to post how rubbish that offer is £80 my pigsbutt. It's a 2GB Mp3 player that looks similar to an original iPod shuffle.
