I've accrued £11 something over several years- last time I checked (months ago) did not have enough to make a voucher. Now I have enough it's rubbish.

Me too! Gutted! I nearly had a Topshop voucher. Had been waiting for points from Littlewoods and Next to go on so I could order my voucher. All for nothing now
