It's probably been said but I never figured it out, you can't use your credit in part payment, what a rip off!!!

So how do we ever spend our money? I've only got £6.93 which probably won't buy anything. I'm so shocked that they're getting away with this - I felt sure someone (Martin Lewis) would wade in on our behalf.

I don't think I'm going to get anywhere, but at the very least, if they can waste my time letting me collect all those points for nothing, I can waste their time making them read my stupid emails!
