Declaring at £532.03 for December - hopeless, hopeless, hopeless! What can I say? It would have been nice to have ended the year actually within target but hey ho! Not going to worry about it now. We have a stocked freezer & cupboards & may as well enjoy it for now.
I also already have £67.28 to go onto January's spends for money that I spent today (Payday). I can only hope that 2011 will be the year that I finally get the hang of sticking to a budget.
Anyway merry christmas to you all. Hope you all have a peaceful & relaxing time with your friends & families.

Merry Christmas Everyone! :xmastree::snow_laug:xmassign::rudolf::santa2:
We splurged a bit in town today and spent over £50 but it did include 2 bottles of Martini. Siggy is updated.
Will probably see you the other side of Christmas Day now so I hope you have an absolutely wonderful time.
Take care, enjoy yourself, keep warm and keep safe,

Have to update signature but can't quite face it as I know it is £120 + when budget for £50. At least there are a few meals in the freezer so Jan should be better. Can't believe the price of some things - eg wanted to make curry this week to use up the turkey and tin of coconut milk was over £2!:eek: Ended up buying jar of Korma sauce for £1 instead.MFW 91 op 2014 £410/1000

Hiya All
I feel a bit cheeky lurking back here, i don't know what happened but i lost my way in May and haven't been back since.
I started reading Dec's thread a couple of days ago and realise how much i have missed it all,
I am desperate to change my lifestyle, and the way i eat and i feel there is no better place to do this. So come Jan i will be back with bells on.
Mrs M, Could you please put me down for £300 for Jan
This is plenty enough, and won't feel too reined in. All the spares will be put in one of those tins that you have to open with a tin opener. Not sure what i'm going to do with it all yet. But will think of something i'm sure.
Glad to be back
