    Loving it!!

greenbee seriously, you are trying to appeal to his brain/heart but you should be aiming a bit further down.

Chuck some raunch at him (you don't have to follow through with it!!) and I bet he becomes suddenly very inventive about how to get outta there.
I have no problems following through, not sure I want to proposition him via IM though  I have mentioned that if he stays away too long I'll have to make sure all the batteries are charged :p
  • Why on earth not?? Although not if it is a work one, they might keep a record!!
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

Because it might be read over his shoulder... or he might misinterpret... and it is a work one, but only recorded intermittently. Besides, work know about us, so if they've got any sense they won't be monitoring traffic between us!

Oh well, we've agreed to stop the IM and he'll call after supper (they eat early, so 7.30ish). I suggested he attempt to get some privacy so we can actually have a proper conversation and he said it sounded cold - so I told him he could use hands free and make a start on digging his car out :D

greenbee I got all excited about your possible news and then wondered how we will manage on our weight loss plan!!:rotfl:

I hope you get the result you want.

And if my DH was at an ex's I would be demented so you are doing remarkably well. I have to clean and tidy when I am stressed by him being away too long. Hugs and prayers and everything going your way from me.

DH and DS1 are now home safely. And DB is on the train South. Thanks toots I will miss him and will try not to worry about him in Oz.

I hope she is reminding him why he left, not trying to tempt him back by making sure it's all nice and cosy and relaxed (she does EVERYTHING, so he won't [STRIKE]have [/STRIKE]be allowed to lift a finger). I know he's enjoying being with the kids (although they've been out with their mates in the snow... they claim to want to see more of him, but I don't think the actually want to have to entertain him themselves :p) and he does miss them desparately but doesn't think would be very fair on his ex to even suggest they could live with him. Although once they're old enough I suspect they'll probably move between one household and the other as it suits them!

Not sure right now... its a bit soon really given the circumstances, but if its positive I'm sure we'll sort things out. OH is driving me nuts at the moment. I miss him and want him to come home, and he's coming up with all sorts of practical solutions to how I can manage without him. How come he doesn't understand that all I need him to do is tell me he misses me too? Why do I have to explain it...

I have to agree - it's all down to that Y chromosome.

    Good luck!

PS Whether it turns up positive or not perhaps some 'training' is called for!

Greenbee - we want to be the first to know after OH! Pm me if you want to chat.

DH is currently fetching a fanbelt for my car with the AA man. I broke down in the middle of a roundabout on the way back from work with the 2 kids in the car! I wasn't too far from home but DH walked to me instead of coming in the car so I then had to walk home in the dark with 2 kids over the fields in the freezing cold. DH stayed with the car waiting for the AA.

So not a lot done tonight and I haven't packed for tomorrow night yet although if the worse comes to the worse I can pack tomorrow as I haven't got to go until about 6.20.
