I've hit a wall
The big money was coming from eBay but it's too close to Christmas now for the hassle. Will be away from home till 31st December so no chance for some sneaky sales between Boxing Day and New Year's Eve either!
Any bright ideas on where I can make up my deficit? Carboot isn't an option, nor is overtime, unfortunately.Debt-free & saving for the next big adventure

If someone owes you money, did you give them some previously and you're now getting it back? Not really making or saving money so I would say no not really
What kind of expenses? Petrol costs I suppose could count as you might be making more than paying out although with petrol costing going up and wear and tear on the car I would say maybe not - its not something I count. If its something you paid out and you are now getting it back thats not money making
I only count money made otherwise it defeats the object of the "Make £10 a day" challenge. But everyone does things differently so others might feel otherwisemy expenses aren't for petrol so wont have made any money on it and yes it's money that I've lent others. I re-thought about it this morning and decided I'd only be cheating myself and then not making the effort to actually make £10 a day by other means so I decided not to count it!
However, I forgot I didn't add my ebay sales as I was waiting to find out how much it was after postage so adding that will cheer me up a little!

Every little definately helps keep the momentum going thats for sure. I've not made anything today. I did get £1.50 from hubbie for a couple of bets he lost with me. Just silly bets.
I really want to get my eBay sales back on track but it would be too much hassle for me at the moment as some buyers don't seem to realise that you can't control the postal services. I keep getting emails at work asking "can you guarantee my parcel will arrive in time for Christmas" and "where is my parcel" (2 days after they ordered something). I wonder if some people watch the news or look outside and see the weather is bad and its 1 week til Christmas! Of course its going to take a bit longer to get things by mail!:rotfl:Doh
Oh how I would love to write that to some unreasonable people.
I'm thinking of turning my Amazon and Play listings off tomorrow as Saturday is the final second class posting day to guarantee arrival before christmas and I don't want to have people expecting me to post things first class just because they were late ordering things they want for Christmas. Is everyone else keeping theirs running? Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -
Just found an 'export' button on the banks website, downloaded 2 months of statements and put everything into categories. Never mind make £10 a day - more like spend £10 a day on carp/lunch/magazines!!! I need to take lunch in from home, starting now! Wish I'd done that before, now I know where I'm going wrong!1% challenge - Started Feb 2014. Cap1 card £1,073.42

I do the same when it comes to lunch. I've stopped buying magazines, very rarely do anyway, but I do go and buy a sandwich almost every single day. I think my new years resolution starting next week (because I have no bread for tomorrow) should be to make my own lunch from now onwards. I think that would save at least £10/15 a weekNot been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550

Magazines to read on trains while I was out mystery shopping were my biggest luxury expense, but since I started my new job and bought my kindle I've not bought a single mag! And scarily enough the cost of the Kindle has nearly been covered by the money I saved not buying mags lately!!
Just requested another £10 voucher from a survey co.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
