I had my despatch email yesterday but haven't received my chocolates today.0 -
I paid £2 extra to have Next Day delivery... that was Sunday afternoon, this is now approaching Tuesday evening and still no delivery. The weather has been pretty bad here but I feel a bit cheated out of my money, should have just gone for free delivery and not been so impatient! Do you think it would be too cheeky of me to contact Thorntons and ask for my Next Day Delivery money to be refunded? x0

Yes but email them because the cost of the phone call will probably be the same as the £2 next day delivery!0 -

Not a sarcastic reply, but I am just curious as to what you are going to do with all 20 boxes!!0 -
i did the same didnt register and paid via paypalJust spoken to a lovely lady at customer services.
Apparently, because I did the quick order thingy and didn't register an account as such, they have no record of my email. I paid by paypal so would've thought they would've had it there but never mind...
My order has gone through ok and should be despatched next week, the weather's delaying some orders.
do u think ill still get ma order?0 -

2 for indoors, 1 to mother in law, 1 to grandma in law, 4 to kids' teachers, 2 to sister..... that's 10 accounted for already.....
Then the other 10 will go for £4 each to cover the total cost, making the 10 described above "free". :rotfl:Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.0
