    Just spoken to a lovely lady at customer services.

    Apparently, because I did the quick order thingy and didn't register an account as such, they have no record of my email. I paid by paypal so would've thought they would've had it there but never mind...

    My order has gone through ok and should be despatched next week, the weather's delaying some orders.

    Mine have just arrived (central London, which may explain the speed) so I think everyone who ordered will be OK. BTW I didn't get a confirmation email either so I wouldn't worry about that.

    you should really subscribe to their newsletter as it seems they're pumping out a new offer every day. Some of them arent' as good as others, but last year they did a "Twelve Days of Christmas" thing I think it was called where they did a crazy daft offer ever day for a couple of weeks before Christmas.
