it's the energy i need more than anything else. Finished work today with what felt like shakes in my legs, Not actual ones but it felt like they were shaking inside. Twas very weird.

hi decoupage - that's the word! i just couldn't think of it.

I'm not too bad just bunged up, don't have my full shouty voice yet which i'm sure OH is pleased about. Survived a whole day at work, was going to stay late but then felt like i had the shakes so decided that i'd stayed there long enough.

You sound like you're getting lots of work done Pippi, thats excellent for the budget - but it doesn't sound like you're in daylight at the house at all if you're out for those hours, what with the travelling and general to and froing. Hope the birdeez are doing well.

I'm guessing at the moment that Pippi's daylight hours are something like 8.30am - 3pm, I know the Hebrides are well and truly in the dark by just after 3, and I think Orkney is broadly similar. One of the things I used to hate about working at my old job KC was that in the winter I never saw the flat in daylight during the week - it really drags you down after a while.

LT You might try the Boots effervescent energy tablet things - they're like berocca and similar only far cheaper! (They were giving them away as a freebie with three purchases from the vitamin & supplement range a while back) They are effective, but do turn your wee dayglo yellow so be warned! :rotfl:
