Laundry baskets have bottoms? I thought they went on forever.....glad to know it's not just my house, and there's only 2 of us!! I'm almost glad I'm working from home at the moment due to my stupid leg, as I'm catching up - anything to avoid studying for my imminent science exam :(

Today I'm chilling out with DD, as OH has gone home (but will be back tomorrow to, amongst other things, babysit for me, yippee!!) and am trying to take my mind off my sore leg and how pathetic I feel with it now....

    Hugs kk

Hi kc :) hugs I'll pop past soon I promise nice to know you're all there xxx huge help.

Lt I'm working (at home) allegedly I hand in my finished first draft thesis in a week.

Torn, want rid, can't think sideways never mind straight, don't want more time and don't have enough.

We all do our own laundry, kids have for a while now, I help if needed but that's not often, so don't have an actual large basket. I prefer the floor......:)

    Glad you are home Pippi.
I'm trying to dive out between showers to get some planting done. I've got to have surgery on monday to have a blood filled lump removed from my eyelid. It's been a real pain of late so can't wait to be honest but I suspect it will limit my gardening for a day or two so I want to get what I can do done.
I've gained some time having lost my Town Council seat yesterday, sad in many ways but I've also just had some bad news in that a close family member has cancer so my priorities have changed somewhat.#
It's my birthday today but it doesn't seem very important.
    Sorry to moan.
If I moan at my seedlings but then give them a dose of 'Richard Jackson's young plant food' do you think they'll mind?

Seedlings will be fine. I'm more worried about you xxx

Bad news is hard to hear and you've had two lots quickly.

Pick a sunny day soon indulge yourself and have your second birthday later in the month x you deserve to smile on your birthday. Xx

Ooh second birthday, that's a good idea. Hopefully my friend from Leeds is coming over to visit during the Whit holidays so that would be a really good time.
I've nearly finished anything that seemed to need doing whilst I can still see properly but an early night is likely. I have to be at the hospital for 7.30am!.
Thanks all for the hugs and thoughts.

    Hey cheery good idea!

Not got a lot progress today. Head bit wonky still and more panicky with lack of progress. Reading other chapters and making notes in bed.

    Tomorrow new shiny day
