Thanks Trog, guess what time DD woke me up this morning to open my presents..........5:27am!! and I only went to bed at 1ish. Yawn. Happy but tired :) I've just iced all the cakes and have had a call from my dad who sang in his own inimitable style, lol. So far, this is a lovely birthday and it's only 10 past 8!!

I'm wearing my new pink necklace DD bought me and it goes really well with my dressing gown, lol.

Happy Birthday Dr Daff, hope your OH has pulled out all the stops for you and that you didn't get woken up at the crack of dawn to open your gifts!

Happy Birthday Kittikins and Cheery! Birthday hugs to you both. Sorry not been around a lot. Fell of wagon (justified as OH not earning and other stuff going on) but regained my lightbulb moment.

Mmm, breakfast in bed, that's what I'll ask for next year - but maybe not at the same time as this year, lol.

Happy birthday Kitkins and Cheery, hope you have lovely days and have lots of cake to enjoy.

I'm another taurean but not an April person, guess we must all congregate together

I've got loads of birthdays with family and friend for the next 7 days, which reminds me i must nudge Mr LT to write and post his parents anniversary card and wrap the pressy and card for his little nephew. I don't mind sorting out the last one but refuse to write the cards for his parents.

Happy Birthday KK and Cheery. I di sing Happy Birthday in your honour but fortunately you can't hear it!
  • Congrats to Dr Daffs and Kittikins - hope you both have a wonderful day and are thoroughly spoilt rotten for a whole 24hrs!

De-lurking to own up to being yet another Taurean! So what's the collective noun for a bunch of Taureans then? (Over to ZTD..... :rotfl:) Can think of a few superlatives, but no common or garden nouns! Amazingly DP is also a Taurean, but we are at different ends of the scale as it were, so we complement, rather than conflict (mostly) IYSWIM. :rotfl:

Sorry for the thread hijack Pippi - hope you've had a great day too! :D
