Morning all!
Thank you for the hugs -cheery I think KC has not been married either.
Banks checked and money in before more money out on the 15th (last DD's £100 and £13)- so that is kind of OK?!
Up and its sunny here
Paperwork about to be attacked
Yippee sold two books on amazon - not much but £1.86 and £6.54 - all good for the pot - which I'll keep track of - need to find them though now - one is at work and the other is here in the amazon box - which has been tidied up - oh dear!
1 doz eggs to deliver to one chum, 1/2 to another and 1 doz on Friday to a work mate - which is great as its another £5 - clever girls
There are big wild geese walking past the window in the field - they are new?
KK - good for you for the Nsd - Keiss thank you for the link I may well join in - I use to when I posted on the small things thread - which I might do today as well.
All motivation good.
Read Martins petrol diet thing again and am following that to see if I can extend my meagre miles/ltr to more very careful driving going on here - won't go out with eggs until I'm taking DD to town either - pointless spending over £1 on petrol to deliver £1 eggs which I wouldn't have thought about before.
£15 off the CC - no petrol into work for 3 days = £15 so shoved that in there and added card to signature to spurn me along.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:

Eggs and petrol useage are also "yay" - getting more out of what we have (closed circle recycling???) is very permaculture, so you're totally on the right track.
Very grey and rainy here today - most unpleasant .... I'd really like to spend what energy I have in the garden, but I think, sob, I'm going to have to, you know, clean the kitchen floor :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
hello all, i'm feeling a peedie bit delicate this morning, and will have some random purchases on my credit card as i lent it to my friend so she can buy some bits and pieces, hopefully not too much or nothing too outrageous!!0

Oh dear kittikins :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
Good egg-and-petrol-workings-out Pippi! :T :T :T I'm impressed you know how much petrol getting somewhere will cost - for some reason I just can't get my head round it (or perhaps it's just more likely that I *won't*??!) Clever hens indeed :T :T :T
Lots of geese there when we were at your place - although not in your field I don't think?? Lots of birds in our garden this morning - but no geese! (don't think htey'd fit! :rotfl:) Plenty of sparrows, blue tits, blackbirds, dunnocks etc though, and a couple of goldfinches! :T :T And yesterday on the way home I saw a flock of long tailed tits - always a treat :j :j :j
work work work today - quite pleasant though, and much more interesting than PhDToday I'm mostly writing interview questions for interviews with local authority bods that we'll be doing later in the year :T All good stuff.

Its a dirty job but someone has to do it, I feel your pain!:D Thank you - yup trying to make more of what we've got - when took DD into fencing last night - stayed in with a book rather than doing a double dash - which is crazy. Normally she lift shares but everyones got exams etc and not going - hey ho - read my magazine in the cafe at the sports place. Not a bad way to spend an evening.hello all, i'm feeling a peedie bit delicate this morning, and will have some random purchases on my credit card as i lent it to my friend so she can buy some bits and pieces, hopefully not too much or nothing too outrageous!!
As they say on the west - sounded like you were on the 'spree' (having a jolly good night involving vino) - hope the head gets better and fingers crossed for the card!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Cheery suspected as much

I've got a cheery basic intro to permaculture I can stick in the post Pippi if that's any use? Also might have another few things knocking around, and a few old magazines, will have a look and put you together a Permaculture Introductory Parcel (PIP)
(I LOVE parcels
)
Ooh, an exciting mini project! :T :T (and one that gets things out of the house too! :j :j :j ) :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Cheery when is your new signature arriving? Yay for parcels by the way
I can send back once read
Books found - parcelled up. Eggs sorted. About to start on a new section
Being wibbly about checking mail as one of my supervisors is always really quick with comments - nothing there yet - but I expect the worst.
Need find kitchen weighing machine - to work out the price of mail.Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.

Pah to silly supervisory comments - I know the wibbly feeling very well! <shudder>
Just got you together a cheery pile of stuff to send :T :T Small beginners guide (my favourite quote is "is relaxing with a friend and enjoying a bottle of wine while the sun goes down any less of a 'yield' from your allotment than 50lbs of carrots or spuds?" - no, quite right it is far more important! :T :T) and some other bits and pieces too. Some of it you can keep, wouldn't mind some of it back (I'll tell you which!) but no rush at all, I know you're busy!
Well done on sorting, sounds like you're having a productive day!0 -

Look forward to seeing you over on the NSD thread Pippi.
Really must try and make today as an NSD....was going to order some threads for a cross-stitch card I want to make DH for Valentines Day...but have decided to try and substitute what I have already...will take a bit of playing about...have found a website with thread colours, so I can compare and get a close match...a bit more time consuming, but free!!! :j
So back to it...have a great day all...a bit dreich today, though looks like it might brighten up soon (wishful thinking!). I too would like to get out in the garden for a bit of weeding (yes, the chickweed is flowering already, does it ever stop??!).
