Just meant to be writing conclusions and I've been staring at computer for entire day and fed up to back teeth of it, that's all cheri! Not soaking up anyone else's negativity at all, this is all my own
:rotfl: not that that's much consolation! (I'm not really negative, or fed up, just, well, feeling a bit sorry for myself, that's all! :rotfl: it'll pass)
Going to set the timer and do 15 minutes on the conclusions. Then I'll set the timer again and do another 15 minutes> Then I'll do the last 10 minutes editing chapter 7, and then I'll stop, because no sane person works past 10pm when they've worked all day and have to catch a train early in the morning!
(and I will endeavour to stop feeling sorry for myself too - all over soon)

Good luck with it Cheery. Although sometimes you just need to take a break and then come back fresh. It is really hard when you have been working all day to carry on into the night. I have decided to slob out tonight because I have been hard at it all day. Lots to do but CBA as somebody on one of the other threads says. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0

Keep smiling Cheery, hope the writing goes well but don't work too late (that's an order!!), and thanks to you and Cheri for sorting my head out on the Matrix thread ((( )))0

Kittikins, no need for thanks thats what we are here for. You will get it sorted just be you for tonight and enjoy DD.Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. You sorted out your own head Kittikins! :T Sometimes it's just easier to see the sensible perspective from *outside*, that's all
I've stopped nowBit of sanity injected by Mr Daffs bringing me a cuppa and a Christmas cracker, and I set the timer for 15 mins and got down to it. Ended up happier, producing more in the last 45 mins than I have the rest of the evening :T But stopping now cos I need to be on the ball tomorrow - my first face to face interview in the new job - eek!
(on the plus side, it's AT THE SEASIDE!!! THE SEASIDE I tell you! :j :j :j :j Do you think I could get away with wearing my wellies??? :rotfl:0 -
If it's at the seaside I think you definitely should wear your wellies!
Pippi, how did you get on in your supervisor meeting?“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.”

Hope everyone is well
EH/Cheery I'm never going to be able to look at the new 'garden arch' without thinking about terrible things happening to my feet:rotfl:
It's been freezing yesterday and today ,literally,I'm back to having the birds lined up on the fence waiting for their breakfast:eek:
Whilst I remember, who was on my list of people to send Lambs lugs to?. It's frozen solid at the moment but as soon as we get some milder weather I'll dig up some baby ones.0 -
Good luck Cheery and Pippi- just had to say you have both cheered me up while i have been off- i have enjoyed a meander through the blogs and all the blogs alongside it. Thanks xxBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
Still lurking around with a hope of some salvation:cool:0 -

Hmmmm very quiet around here, might have to help myself to a cuppa and share the sofa with peedie whilst I am waiting! Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons.
